If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I’m OBSESSED with health food and yoga every damn day. For that reason, I was so excited in January when I met Lauryn Evarts from The Skinny Confidential!

Today, I’m bringing you a lil’ something different and something a lil’ special. While I tend to mainly post about fashion, what’s also very important to me is how I get to wear whatever I want and feel confident doing so.

Ladies, if you’re looking for a fitness routine to spice up your life and give you the ultimate summer bod, you might want to pay attention. The Bombshell Body Guide is Lauryn’s comprehensive fitness plan filled with insanely good recipes and workouts that will have you feelin’ spicer than Beyonce in Lemonade in no time.

I had the last month or so to review the BBG, and I’ve got to say, I’m OBSESSED. I had a friend help me capture some of my fave exercises from the guide as well as two of my favorite recipes.

So, that smoothie anyone? It’s called the ‘Get in your PJs, Movie Smoothie.’ It’s perfect for after an early dinner when you’re feeling a little hangry, yet you don’t want to compromise your food morals.

Now, can we talk about that Skinny Quiche?! I never expected egg whites to be so delicious (I’m more of a whole egg girl). Chock full of veggies and proteins, this quiche is perfect to whip up for lunch or breakfast. It kept me feelin’ fierce during my workouts, so I know I’ll probably be making it weekly from now on.

As for the workouts? I’m loving them. While yoga is my main form of exercise, I do like to incorporate a few toning moves from Lauryn’s guide to shape that booty! Yoga tends to make me very lean, but thanks to the BBG, my muscles are feelin’ flossy!
